Processing Time and Shipping
We process and ship your order within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse in Germany.
Please note: During sales or new product releases, processing time may be extended by up to 3 business days due to high order volumes.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow the progress of your delivery.
Don’t forget to check your spam folder in case the confirmation ends up there.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times (DHL Express)
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Delivery times and costs are as follows:
• Germany: €4.90 (1–2 business days)
• European Union (EU): €6.90 (2–4 business days)
• Non-EU Countries: €9.90 (3–5 business days)
• United States: €14.90 (5–7 business days)
Please note: Customs duties and import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Used or worn items (especially jewelry) are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for organizing the return shipment.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund process may take up to 15 business days.
We will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

• Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping and return costs.
