Shipping policy We process your order and ship it out within 1 business day (Mo-Fr) from our warehouse located in Germany. As soon as the order was processed by our team, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking code. Make sure to also check your spam folder. Items that are not eligible for refunds are worn or used items. All returned items have to be in pristine condition and all labels must be attached. We inspect all returns thoroughly upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to pay the delivery charges). After 30 days, all items are covered under the JVillion Lifetime Warranty, as described in our Terms of Service. ㅤ • Returns from Germany / EU Items can be returned to us with a shipping company of your choice within 30 days of receipt. The customer has to account for the return costs and has to assure the proper packaging of the items. For returns from non-EU countries, please consider these important points: 1 A customs declaration document (CN22) is required and must be attached to the outside of the package. It is very important that you tick the option “Returnded Goods” under content. Please fill out the form completely to avoid additional customs charges and delivery delays. It is the sender's responsibility to provide correct information on the customs declaration form. Please note that incomplete or incorrect address and customs information may result in a chargeable return or customs fees, for which we will not be liable for any additional charges. We do not cover any of these additional costs nor can we give an estimate on the amount. If an order is refused and returned because of these additional fees, a refund is not applicable. • Address errors and unclaimed packages If the address you've entered We reserve the right to keep the shipping and return charges, if a shipment is returned to us due to a customer address error a shipment where the package could not be delivered and are returned to us as a result. A new delivery attempt will also be charged.  • Delayed package We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
